In my third part of the trilogy on our American civilization in formation, I will relate to its mental and governmental structure as designed and indicated by bioadministration.  First, we the people, recognize it is as challenging to speak to our current leadership as it is to reason with a three-year-old at the end of a sugar high from the family dinner’s sweet desserts.  Forgive them (us) and have patience.  World War II and then the peaceful end of the Cold War have put the American government, overt and covert, on a massive power trip that is coming to an end in an ugly and childish reintegration with humanity.

There is little doubt a new civilization will be born by humanity.  And soon.  Capitalism has run out of spiritual gas after conquering the world. Will it be a resurrection of the dead i.e. monarchy, communism, tribalism?  Or will it be a continuation of the current drive to fascism or scientific technocracy?  Will we rally around a past “savior” or will a new Messenger arrive with divine revelation?   Some even hope for an off-world, alien solution to save us from ourselves.  How do we birth a new civilization in this minefield?

Modern countries like China, Russia and Iran are resistant to being Westernized because they, rightfully, are the older brothers of human civilization with their own well tested ethos.  Whereas in the West the conglomeration of colonial powers pursuing a one world system have modern industrial and financial technologies that make them both powerful and power hungry.  Power as an ethos is not an attractive quality. It forces its way forward.

Herding among all life forms is a strategic organization and adaptation to external stimuli.  Tigers have no need in numbers or increased competition for food.  The prey of tigers adapt by increasing their numbers thru herding and enhanced reproduction.  Today we will ask if humans have mental predators which force us into a mental herding instinct.  And we will also ask ourselves if some humans become mental predators and, if so, why?

Let’s have a look at water in the context of our cosmonomic view of the world.  The third force of division and reconciliation as studied by cosmonomics is intimately connected to the substance and characteristics of water.  

We humans have collected enough of our history to know there are regular periods of group insanity that infect the human mind.  From the bible story of the Tower of Babel to the recent examples of the Chinese Cultural Revolution and the Cambodian Killing Fields, we humans regularly become the tool of our own destruction.  First, we will theorize why this happens and then apply the principles of citadelization as a defense.

Bioadministration teaches us that our federal government in Washington is the mind of our human organization here in North America.  Like our own mind, at the end of a long and hard day, there are too many factors involving unresolved issues for our minds to make rational decisions.  At the same time, our level of mental attention to apply to these contradictions is limited because the energy well of sensation is running dry as it always does at the end of the day.

Our modern world is built upon and guided by convenience while our inner world is built upon and guided by suffering. Quite a contradiction, but very true. Most of us know the term “trust fund baby” not as complement but as the prediction of a “shit show”. The lack of suffering shielded by excess wealth, never struggling for food or even too many hot showers and too much central HVAC has done something to the human animal. And it is not healthy.

Part of the difference between decentralization and citadelization lies in the layering of collective self-interest.  To be completely self-sufficient is nearly impossible and an unwise use of time and resources when compared with the camaraderie and security of gathering into a small tribe.  The Phalanx of ancient warfare was so successful because of its network effect of group attack and defensive shielding.  There is an ideal size for any organization based upon its purpose and it is only rarely a solo operation.

Our human currency system spans from the sensations arising out of Earth to cryptos in the cloud.  Both seem mysterious and vaporous.  The recent push for carbon credits might seem to connect the two ends of the spectrum as some kind of currency system but it is an agenda-driven artificial attempt to regulate life based on a questionable scientific theory open to advantageous interpretation.  

I am writing this post on Thanksgiving morning.  Today we honor the people and the things we are grateful for.  A culture truly pausing to be grateful and then ritualizes it should be a healthy culture. And culture-wide events usually have an esoteric foundation that, when explored, can lead us to very valuable insights.

Our mind is a force that requires serious strategies of counterbalance and limitation.  Sleep is the most obvious and routine bodily process we use to break harmful patterns of excess and abuse.  Today we are going to discuss how our bodies create what is commonly known as our ego as a defensive perimeter around our heart to prevent the mind’s easy access to our stores of emotional and physical energy.  The heart citadel.

Last week we looked at the most superficial layers of the money system and its corruption within our modern political system with some disciplinary recommendations.  The mind can be a terrible waster of life force.  So can government.  They both need a currency system that has hard limits to prevent their unwise actions.  The mind, as our leader, with full access to the stored wealth of the body is slavery and a guaranteed crash and burn, maybe death.  Our government, with a blank check, will purchase the entire nation with the people’s own power.

Of all the responsibilities a human awakens to along the journey of life, the debt of our existence itself is often a missed realization and acceptance.  We have our conscience, like a nagging parent, offering unsolicited advise if we will listen.  Otherwise, we humans have lost nearly all understanding of our place in the cosmos and why we were created.  Not knowing our mission makes us ineffective and generally open to manipulation and energetic harvesting.

The power of the mind depends on its ability to gather and coalesce sensation from the body into attention.  With adequate attention the mind can assimilate the input from the senses, search its memory banks for similarities and determine a course of action.  Our mind is our tactical leader, no matter its I.Q.

Our modern economy is built upon a system of exchanging units of value called currency.  These units we call dollars in the US are either paper or electronic and depend upon a system of creation and management that is planned to be just and fair.  No one can legally print their own dollar bills and no one can hack into a computer and change their balance without throwing off other related balances. But any bank can create money legally from thin air if they charge an interest rate that puts limits on the money’s unbridled growth.  And democracies attempt to limit their creation of dollars and the targeting of minority groupings by the majority for expropriation.

There are large and nearly permanent zero points we experience and participate in like the plasma radiance we call our sun and the life force of our biosphere with its magnetic field centered in the core of the Earth. Then there are smaller localized zero points. The weather with its low-pressure tornadoes and hurricanes are powerful, moving but transitory zero points. Each human has a zero point some call their soul and some call their conscience.

I am writing this on election day in the US. Democracy is defined as majority rule whereas citadelization is the atomization of rule into many autonomous layers closest to purpose and action. Even though the US is not a true democracy (it is a representative democracy), exploring the relationship and opposition between the two is helpful to reveal how the two strategies of majority rule and citadelization co-existing is healthier than one alone.

Humanity is on a very long journey.  Together. Up until recently there has been no charts or maps to guide us except for the inner guidance that arises from within, called our conscience.  Our internal compass of conscience is extremely important and is the only reason we have attempted civilization at all.  But conscience is like a great silent partner that tells us yes or no at major decision points and debriefs us after action, while we humans are being compelled to lead ourselves into an undiscovered country…maybe a promised land.

In my last post on cults versus citadelization I touched upon love as a tool of manipulation and control wielded by another human we put above ourselves.  Cults almost always have a human leader that knows how to use love to lead the group astray from its human center, the true heart.  This can happen because love is a magical substance.
