Food of the Gods
A now deceased Terrence McKenna wrote a book under the title Food of the Gods about thirty years ago. His theory was that apes on the plains of Africa came out of the forests to harvest psychedelic mushrooms and became human via this “food of the gods”. This old friend of mine loved to shock people and was a relentless promoter of entheogenic plants so I always took this theory with a heaping spoonful of salt. What I never doubted was the quality of food ingested to be an evolutionary, or devolutionary force.
Today, I will focus on the real “food of the gods” that is human sin, human worship and the care and feeding of our soul, our godhood in utero. I have stated many times that one of the major revelations in my journey was to admit to myself that humans were not at the top of the food chain. I offered myself as bait in many experiments near the boundary zone between the human and the inhuman to see what showed up for a juicy meal.
Gods, angels, demons, aliens, ghosts…they all exist too close for comfort once you have opened your spiritual eyes. And once you have been sensed, smelled and been tagged in their memory banks your thoughts, emotions and sensations can become a routine source of their nourishment. Of course, this just means a personal relationship with the spirit world instead of the systemic mind control and mass media manipulation so prevalent today. These “inventions” serve more than just their human propagators. They are factory milking operations of humanity fronting for spiritual food harvesting.
Cosmonomics is my scientific patina over this process of human energy’s production, storage and harvest. I do not allow myself to judge this as good or evil because I use the words of reconciliation or division instead. Life depends on both of these forces and life has spiritual agents of both attraction and repulsion that do their best to manage our human population…and get their fair share of the feast that is life on Earth…and work for a higher authority and mission. We humans, these invisible spirits and what the most evolved worship as God all live inside one organism.
A shaman or a witchdoctor is a scary MF because he/she is a human representative of spiritual entities that can eat human disease. An angel is a scary MF because human sin cannot bare their presence and runs for the hills. Death is a scary MF because every bit of our ego, personality and judgments our human life are built around are going to be sucked out of us like a tasty milkshake by Someone no words are allowed to accurately describe. Even embarking upon a true spiritual journey to its end is a scary MF because you are going to be picked clean along the way.
The classic shamanic initiation involves being taken into the underworld, completely dismembered and left for dead. Demons will gnaw on your bones creating incredible pain until the initiate discovers the zero point between the disease and the cure of every human malady. Nothing can truly be cured until it is reconciled into the zero point and no healer has any power without access to that place.
I am sharing some of the advanced studies in case you are interested. What every human should be taught from preschool on is that their emanations of mind, heart and body are forms of energy like the carrot they have in their lunch. And any excess of energetic exertions enhanced with a lot of “spices” made of unique memorized sensations is a food of the gods. So be aware of what food you are growing and who wants to feed on it.
Angels could be considered assigned containers of our emanations so then even when we stray, they have a vested personal and divine interest in expending some of their being to help us back into the good luck zone. True heart-felt prayer is no joke. It is a deposit in a spiritual bank account. Conversely we probably all have had friends who are “cursed” with bad luck and seem to keep repeatedly get into trouble. Internal dialogue can be a bad joke if we get into the habit of feeding and invoking our personal demons.
From a higher level angels and demons are feedback loops to raise our consciousness of our actions and intentions and, ultimately, our energetic emanations. If we are (I pray) baby gods in training then it only makes sense we would have babysitter/teachers to reflect our actions. The universe does not give power and authority to stupidity and chaos except as repelling forces on the outer edges of this reality to herd humanity back towards the zero point.
We are God’s children, if and when we choose to be. Or we can be a food for the spiritual equivalent of worms because just like our own bodies refuse to leave piles of trash lying about to attract predators and scavengers, humanity lives inside a lawful organism that wants to continue to live a sovereign, integrated life. Get in line or get consumed by something that is still within this hierarchy. If you start being a tasty calling card for something truly alien then you are an enemy of both this time and space.
To end on a positive note, Eternity loves you and has every incentive for you to win the game of life…if you show up…regularly….and pay attention. We are food for something we cannot see but can imagine. Perhaps this is the hidden human superpower. We humans can feed the future we imagine and choose. And then enjoy inhabiting.
